The company has a processing facility equipped with the most advanced Diamond Gang Saws, line polishers etc. for sawing, cutting and polishing marble slabs. The added facility of a `State-of-the Art' tiling plant for the manufacture of calibrated, champhered polished marble tiles with precise cutting and finishing has made this unit a complete marble house. The installed capacity of marble tiles is 10,000 sq. mt. per month. In the manufacturing plant the company has a pool of well qualified and dedicated personnel. With the aim of improving and adapting our services to the collective needs of our clients, the production of marble slabs and tiles are being thoroughly checked and maintained within most strict quality parameters. All possible steps in the various fields of resin application and treatment, drying and polishing are being taken to ensure the best possible finish and presentation.
The company owns and operates exclusive green marble quarries in the State of Rajasthan. The quarries are situated in the famous Odwas - Kesariyaji region near Udaipur and are having huge deposits of excellent quality green marble. The company has adopted advanced systematic mining techniques using the latest mining machineries and equipments imported from the finest companies in the world. The mining operations are fully mechanized using most modern Chain Saw, drilling equipment, front end loaders, excavators, air cushions, massive cranes etc. Production and processing is meticulously monitored at every stage under most vigorous quality assurance criteria.
